Register a Component - can't be registered because engine has sale pending against it

If an engine is not associated as a component to a boat, but is standalone, and is stuck in Received/Sale Pending status, the Register a Component prevents it from being associated to a boat record.

To remedy this, a DC Admin must login as Pleasurecraft (24573) and go to the Admin->Product Module Features page and quickly:

1)  uncheck the  "Restrict dealer ability to add products to stock, Change Status, or quote/deliver products to customers. This setting would typically only be used if the manufacturer has an external system for product ordering and registration." setting.

2) login as the dealer and Change Status/Cancel Sale of the engine to the retail customer

3) go back to the Pleasurecraft (24573) Admin->Product Module Features page and re-check the setting.

Then, as long as the engine is under the same dealer that is Register a Component, they should be able to user Register a Component to get the engine associated to the boat.
