Can dealers see what other dealers paid for a boat, including dealer discounts?

When a dealer adds a boat to their inventory that was originally sold by another dealer, they can see the dealer cost for the base boat and any options on the boat, including custom options.  This would be no different than if the dealer ordered the boat themselves, they would be able to see the dealer price for the base boat and the options.  They cannot see any discounts the dealer was given in the Price Summary section.  Any discount values that were entered for the original dealer are wiped out on any non-original dealer's boat record for that boat.

If the Manufacturer uses the Network, they have some Admin configuration control over it.   One of the options is "Do not allow dealer to show dealer cost.

The dealers also have some Admin configuration control over the boats in their inventory and one of their options is "Display Dealer Cost", which they can only check if the Manufacturer has the "Do not allow dealer to show dealer cost " unchecked.

So if a dealer chooses to display dealer cost on the Network, another dealer would be able to see dealer cost for the base boat and all options and any discounts that were applied in Price Summary section.
